Therefore, the processing of applicants’ personal data, within the limits of the purposes described above, does not require consent pursuant to art. 111-bis of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 as amended by Legislative Decree no. 101/2018.

Retention period: applicants’ curricula will be kept for a period of time not exceeding 2 years.

The processing will be carried out by manual, computer and telematic instrument and by logics that strictly adhere to the purposes for which they have been collected, in compliance with the principle of purpose limitation as well as with all other principles set forth in Article 5 of EU Regulation 2016/679.

The Data Controller will employ the services provided by Google Analytics and HubSpot, which provide statistics on the performance of the website through the analysis of anonymized data.

In particular, in compliance with the principles of integrity and confidentiality, specific security measures are adopted to prevent data loss, unlawful or incorrect use and unauthorized access.


The processing operations related to the web services of this site and personal data collected by promoters through questionnaires take place at the Data Controller’s headquarters indicated in section 1.
